Sadly I have went all these years having no faith in Rocky. Whenever I would take him on walks he would practically drag me and it was so annoying that I just gave up... But I never tried to run with him
Until NOW!!
He is the perfect running buddy! He is old and slow for a dog which is just my pace! As long as I keep jogging he doesn't pull me. By the end of our run he was a pro! He stays right by my side! I am so happy I have found my new running buddy! If I start to walk he makes me Jog again! We have gone on a run for 2 days in a row now and its going to continue at least 5 days a week! I am determined to shed some lbs! I love my rocky man!!!

ReplyDeleteNot only does he keep you moving.. but he doesn't force you to have lame conversation or act interested in his life story-- like the old guy that talked my ear off at the gym the other day ! :)
ReplyDeleteOH.MY.GOSH. The ROCK man!! I LUB him!!! I have told you guys for so long that he does find on walks if you just work with him a little bit, the poor sweet boy....he is abused!! So glad he is your running partner now, Dad can't call him fat anymore! Don't lose too many lbs, you don't want the wedding dress to fall off PLUS I hear Seany LOVES your curves :) :) :)
